3 Optimal Biomechanical Positions

 

ReGenesis positions the user in the optimal biomechanical position for each exercise which enables the user to reach their peak force and fully activate their neuromotor system, which in turn triggers the regeneration of bone, builds strength and helps develop stronger ligaments & tendons.

 

Mechanical Axial Loading: (Osteogenic Loading)

 

This is the method of loading the bone which then stimulates the regeneration of connective and soft tissues (bone, muscle, ligaments and tendons). The loads must be axial along the length of the bone, and the load also must have a high enough threshold to activate the regeneration process.

Segmented movements (Static Contraction Training)

 

ReGenesis is designed to work in a limited Range Of Motion while the user is positioned in these optimal biomechanical positions. This allows for the greatest strength & muscle activation in the targeted muscle groups, while simultaneously limiting torque and stress on the related joints to provide an extremely efficient and safe workout.

Real Time CPU Strength Testing

 

ReGenesis provides real time visual feedback to the user through the on-board SMART CPU. This allows for real time visual biofeedback via the touch screen, which is necessary for user motivation and maximum exertion. The software shows past performance vs. current performance for intrinsic motivation to hit goals during each session.

Progress Reports

 

The software also tracks all progress for both the Strength Testing Mode as well as the Endurance Training Mode. The progress reports provide additional intrinsic motivation for the user showing them the gains over time in muscle strength and endurance. This keeps users motivated to continue and remain on the program.
